Why was it pushed back in the first place? Was it because of bad PQ? I remember Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World also kept getting pushed back, and HDD ended up giving it 3 stars PQ....

Wow this has been out for an absolute age on Region B and from the looks of it there are no additional special features on the Region A release. Strange that.

Yup, it has been out on the region B side of the world for quite some time
now... no real extras. It is a hell of a great movie and I was glad that it came out, one way or another...

Ronin is one of my favorite "gangster" movies of all time. The car chase scenes and gun fights are some of the best ever captured on film in my opinion.
Now only if they would announce Heat and a US version of Children of Men then I would be all set!

It's been out from Fox in Japan for ages already also and is a BD-25 with MPEG-2 video. I don't have it though.

I was waiting out to see if it had special features. Looks like I'll be importing it now. Thank God for the LG BH200 being region free!
