"The Dark Knight" (2008) / December 9th
Warner Home Video has announced 1-disc ($28.98), 2-disc ($34.99) and Blu-ray ($35.99) releases of The Dark Knight for the 9th December. The extras have yet to be revealed for the DVD releases, although the Blu-ray release will include a Gotham Uncovered documentary, featurettes (Batman Tech: The Incredible Gadgets and Tools, Batman Unmasked: The Psychology of The Dark Knight), 6 episodes of Gotham Cable's Premier News Program, galleries (The Joker Cards, Concept Art, Poster Art, Production Stills), trailers and TV spots. A limited edition set with Batpod will also be available

All I really care about on this one is a top notch video and audio transfer. This one is the whole reason why a person invests money in a 7.1 set-up and a big screen.

It says in the corner that the cover art is subject to change. I doubt that's the official cover art.

LOVE IT! It kinda reminds me of my custom one:

For one thing I dont like the billing of the names on the top. IMO they should crop that off. -

I never even look at the cover art except when I first take it out of the plastic wrapped package. It could be a solid blue screen with the title for all I care. I'm interested in the movie, what's on the cover(or disc art) will have no effect on that.
