'The Wild' - High-Def Digest Review

Peter's review of the CGI-animated Disney flick 'The Wild' is up:

He gives both the video transfer and the soundtrack high marks, but with a slim pack of supplements, no HD exclusive content and negative marks for the film itself, the film's overall score is three out of five stars.

Disney's doing and excellent job with AVC. Bodes well for Mac users as AVC is the preferred codec of Apple for HD viewing.

Excellent review. Except for one thing: the little lion doesn't want to go to Africa to find his father, his father lives with him at the zoo.

Reading the review just makes my wonder how great some of the Pixar classics may look on BD!
