High School Musical/High School Musical 2 Coming To Blu-ray

Thought I would start a thread about this again, the previous one quickly went off topic and got personal with many users.

Disney will be bringing both High School Musical and High School Musical 2 to Blu-ray this Fall. High School Musical 2 will be Disney's first re-release on the Blu-ray format, in the new 2-disc deluxe dance edition. High School Musical will come in the Remix edition. Release date is expected to be October 21st, although subject to change until an official announcement.

Coming this November to Blu-ray is the Disney Channel Original movie 'The Cheetah Girls: One World."

I can't believe Disney is re-releasing HSM2 in a second Blu-Ray edition. What a waste of time. What was wrong with the first edition?! The BR's not even a year old and they're already double-dipping!

I would have to disagree, I was quite surprised when I originally heard #2 was being re-released on Blu-ray, the extras will most likely be in SD anyway.

they re-released # 1, as the "remix edition" on dvd around the time #2 was playing(if i remember right), so i expect the same for #3, lol

YAY! I am going to buy both of them! since I only own the dvd of the two movies ;D!

Happy both of the are going to be 2 disc edition! and they are finally releasing HSM1 on BD!
