'Monster's Ball' -- pre-release buzz
Lionsgate has announced to retail a November 4 date for the Halle Berry Oscar winner:

No specs yet, but the extras should hopefully match the myriad of previous DVD editions that Lionsgate has churned out.
Suggested list price is $29.98. -

The Blu-ray Disc features a 1080P High Definition 16×9 widescreen presentation of the longer version of the film not seen in theaters and 5.1 DTS HD Master Audio, along with audio commentary, featurettes, interviews, deleted scenes and more.

she had to get down and dirty to win an Academy Award. The movie was just ok for me, I'll rent to watch Halle scene on HD.

Does "longer version" mean the uncut international version, or is it still the R-rated version with a lot of deleted scenes thrown back in to make it longer?
