Default Anchor Bay Blu-ray Boxsets Revealed

Via Blu-ray.com

Quote:
In an early announcement to retailers, Anchor Bay Home Entertainment has revealed that they will bundle their Masters of Horror series into the 'Blu-ray Masters of Horror Bundle' on September 9th. Additionally, they will release the Amazon-exclusive 'Blu-ray Zombie Bundle' (which will feature 'Dawn of the Dead', 'Day of the Dead', and 'Evil Dead II: Dead by Dawn') on the same day.

These will be direct bundles with no additional features, so for those of you who already own these titles, there is no benefit in picking up the bundle. But if you have been holding out on these great titles, now is the time to pick them up.
Both are up at AMZ, 'Masters of Horror Bundle' $82.95 / 'Zombie Bundle' $61.95

Bundle does not equal Box Set.

These are usually on sale for $12-$15... the zombie classics, anyway... so these bundles cost WAY more. Fail.

I was hoping they were putting out some OTHER Zombie movies... like Fulci's "Zombie", for instance Oh, wait... do Synapse or Blue Underground have the rights to that now?

Exactly this is bull shit. After real good Anchor Bay support with great horror we havn't seen ANYTHING from them. What gives. This is also total NON news. We can buy the same titles that have been out a year shrink wrapped together... oh wow.

You'd think MOH S2 is due to be announced soon.
