Obviously, Warner releases this classic for all the gift givers but what about all of us fans who would buy this without all the unnecessary frills on day one? Are there any brains in their marketing dept? They must have gone through a lot of planning for the box and the contents for this extravagance but forgot about a stand alone version! Huh?

Hey Warner! How about slapping a couple discs into some blu-ray amaray cases while were at it and you might pick up a few more sales this Christmas?

Give it time, I am sure Warners will issue it as a standalone for early 2009. Remember, this is the holiday period, so you will a lot of things in gift packages only. I will definitely be buying the gift set because I love this movie.
