"Band of Brothers" (2001) / November 11th

Warner Home Video and HBO have announced the US Blu-ray Disc release of Band of Brothers on 11th November 2008 priced at $99.98 SRP. Based on the bestseller by Stephen E. Ambrose, the epic 10-part miniseries Band of Brothers tells the story of Easy Company, 506th Regiment of the 101st Airborne Division, U.S. Army.

Full specs are TBC, though it’s likely the six-disc set will include all of the content from the DVD release.

All of the previous DVD extras will be included, along with new bonus content exclusive to high-def. The new extras will include In the Words of Easy Company, a dynamic, optional picture-in-picture commentary by the surviving Easy Company veterans, and In the Field with the Men of Easy Company, an interactive field guide charting a path from the storming of the beaches on D-Day to the assault on Hitler’s Eagle’s Nest.

Much lower MSRP than I anticipated for an HBO product. This actually makes it affordable for me. Here's the question, which of these do I blind buy first (the one I don't choose will have to wait months and months for a purchase or be Netflixed instead):

The Godfather Trilogy

Band Of Brothers it's just an amazing series that you can watch over and over again
