Default 'Starship Troopers 3: Marauder' - High-Def Digest Review

Josh has reviewed 'Starship Troopers 3: Marauder.' He was less than blown away by this one. This Blu-ray has good video and okay audio, but it's a pretty guilty pleasure. Keep this as a rental or save your money.

I saw the trailer for this movie on PSN and it was HORRIBLE. I had to stop it and delete it immediatley. Like Tremors, only the 1st film is any good.

The End.

Figures this one sucks too. The first two were no better. At least this one has better blu-ray cover art than the first Starship movie.

I don't think anybody here was surprised at the movie review.

Does anybody have a batter picture of Jolene Blalock from this movie than the one on the review page? I want to see if she is as scary looking as Josh says she is? Though I probably shouldn't. Don't want to have nightmares.

Wow, and Robert Skotak was the VFX producer???

Shit, he and his brother were the VFX producers for Aliens & Bram Stoker's Dracula.

How far have the mighty fallen.

Not surprised that another straight to video sequel sucks, but I'd hoped that nothing could be worse than the second one. I'll still give it a rent though.

3 has its moments. I'd say it's at least worth watching once if you're a fan of the original.

I still haven't seen 2 and don't really want to.

ya know, people could have 3 pages worth of flaming this one, and i'd still want it. i don't want to pay a ton for the box set, but i'm getting all anxious about it and will probably wait for the first 40 buck one to come along.

nice scathing review lol

strangely enough I liked the 2nd one better than the 3rd one. The lieutanent mentioned in the review seemed to have been cut from the rest of the movie even though it seemed like she might have been a semi-major character.

Also, the farmers were as believable as me being the foremost expert in quantum physics

I saw the hi-def trailer on PSN. Casper Van Dein looks horrible. Time has not been kind (and it hasn't been that long).

That picture of Jolene has me bummed out - she was so hot in Enterprise.

Guess they'll make a good couple on screen.

I will not be viewing 3 after seeing 2. Waste of time.

They have the trailer for this in HD on Urban Legend and I Know What You Did Last Summer and I have to admit its the first time I laughed at a non-comedy, the trailer has some of the absolute worst blue screen backdrops I have ever seen in my life. The trailer is meant to make you want to buy it not run a mile in the other direction.

They're only on screen together for like 5 minutes! The review already stated she's an ex which I know from watching it.
