Yeah I've had this on pre order from Amazon UK for a few weeks now, when the US info shows up I'll cancel the other.

Sold. Cameron Crowe is one of my favorites. Still holding off on the Almost Famous import in hopes that we will soon get one stateside.

I've never seen this movie. I guess my first time will be on Blu-ray.

The same thing happened with A Few Good Men. I saw it for the first time on Blu-ray. What a great movie. Tom Cruise is amazing in it.

I wonder how well this release would do considering Tom's poor performance at the box office. I'm not blaming the movie itself as I did enjoy it back then too.

Yeah.... Cruise and his Loser-tology stuff is pretty stoopid. What an arse.

And, this film, while cute in parts is pretty sappy. I suspect it will suffer the same fate of many older flicks and just be "bleh" when viewed now. And, once again, a movie with ZERO High-Def value is getting a release while other much more deserving films languish in the studio basements. Arrgghhh!
