Hopefully Grindhouse won't be too far behind.

Finally! Been wanting to catch this one during it's theatrical release, but knew a blu-ray version would come out sooner or later.

The ending was the best part of the movie. Totally non-Hollywood and I loved it. The rest of the movie was decent at best. The acting was terrible and it had a lot of forced cheesy dialog.

can somebody explain to me why everyone's so excited about the black and white version? is there extra footage that wasn't in the color version or are people just excited because its in black and white?

Yeah, the article claims an August 5th release date, which I'm pretty sure is rescheduled to September 16th.
