Think I will blind buy this one. But sorry ben1080p, and wth all due respect, the only badass about Reeves is his acting, imo. But...to each his own. But he was in some memorable flicks that I really enjoyed.

Does anyone have any knowledge on this flick? I honestly didn't hear about it ever going to the box office. I personally like reeves and whittaker, but it does seem like an odd team. Whittaker in an action flick...

Movie was excellent. Saw it at some crappy dollar theater. Looked like I was watching a bootleg off of a projector.

Buying this one.

i'm thinking about blind buying this one too. it had very mixed reviews, with some people calling it a classic, a 4 star film.

training day is one of my favorite movies of all time with my 2nd favorite actor as the best actor winner, with harsh times as a movie i was disapointed by, but still blind bought and enjoyed because of the great performance of my FAVORITE actor in the lead role, which made the movie entertaining where without him in the movie it would have been awful.

I saw this theatrically and quite enjoyed it. While the outcome may be predictable, it's still a worthwhile ride. And I have NEVER seen Keanu in quite this type of role -- from his very early scenes, he's already spewing language you usually don't hear from his characters. There's quite a lot of gunplay in the film which I imagine would sound pretty impressive on a good home system.

I liked this movie alot, a great L.A. Cop story. It was written by James Ellroy (who wrote LA Confidential).

I watched this at the theater and liked it a lot. I'm also a big fan of Training Day. If you didn't like Training Day, you might not like Street Kings. Chris Evans and Hugh Laurie also had good roles in Street Kings.
