As much as I love the original I'm not paying new release prices for it.

Plagiarism would be if they named the movie something else or did not have permission to remake it.

I haven't seen the remake yet, but I'm open to it.

Why the hell will you include the 2006 version in the collection? Are there any plans to remake the other 2 movies? I might get this when it hits $60, maybe

Too bad they excluded the fourth movie, as I actually enjoy that one. I remember renting it in my teens, after being recommended it by the hot girl at the rental store (I continued renting everything she recommended me, as I couldn't say no).

After seeing that there will be several valuable BD exclusives added to the original Omen, I am going to pick this up. I am going to support that trend and am also genuinely intrigued by the new features. I thought the last two-disc DVD was extrememly loaded -- looks like it gets even better on Blu-ray. Hope the PQ is up to snuff.

Aw, no 'Omen IV: The Awakening?' That movie's hilarious. I'd much rather have that than the remake.

I've got the Westinghouse TX-42F430S 42" 1080p LCD. I know you may have heard bad things about it, but I've got to tell you: Never buy the Westinghouse TX-42F430S 42" 1080p LCD.

Anyone see any reviews out anywhere yet?

The set is supposed to come out on Tuesday so surely someone has a set by now?
