Fox Finally Delivers On A Few Catalog Titles!!!!
well it took long enough, but Fox has finally shown that it is capable of releasing some benchmark catalog titles. All of the 5 war related films coming out as part of the "Father's Day" promotion are getting favorable reviews, and 2 in particular ("Patton", and "The Longest Day") sound like home runs.

FINALLY Fox has put out some bds of classic movies that are worthy of the exorbitant prices they charge, and at least we now know that they are capable of producing quality bds of older titles when they really put forth the effort.
Hopefully this bodes well for all the other "Cinema Classics collection" titles yet to come.

Fox catalogs have been pretty good for a while now. While I have no interest in those movies, I have seen screens and heard they are great 5 star quality.

lol donk.
i do agree, but i don't buy fox titles until they're on sale, unless they're an urgency (like if Fight Club came out....i'd probably break down a store door to get it). the price does blow, but they did rectify it w/ their other catalog titles, unlike many other companies, so they're at least trying, though sadly in the long run, not the immediate.Nate Boss
