Default 'Signs' - High-Def Digest Review

Peter's review of 'Signs' has been posted. He says the film is all
build-up with little pay-off. This Blu-ray is a solid if unexceptional
presentation, with good video and audio, and not-bad supplements.
Worth a look, but not a must have title.

Same with me.

EDIT: Not a must have title!?

People's opinions suck.

That's because the staff here, for whatever odd reason, create a new thread linking to a non-existing HTML page and then upload the review page afterwards. Makes no sense to me but whatever....

I liked the film until they jammed that heavy handed religious stuff in at the end.
Of course the joke is that these must be the stupidest aliens ever to try to conquer a planet that's 90% water.

aka it is a M. Night Shyamalan film. There is never a pay-off, just a trite little "twist." He is an excellent director otherwise though, so I tend to enjoy the ride and regard his "twist" as one would an entertaining magician whose secrets you already know going into the act.
