Hard to choose, but if I had to pick one I'd probably go with Casino Royale.

that would be my first bluray (dave matthews & tim reynolds)
i remember trying to decide between getting the dvd or BD and took a risk going with the HD one (format war was still around)
as soon as the disc started the audio alone from the intro blew me away
my "collection" is still weak...but i'd consider this my demo disc

Sweeny Todd for me. An utterly fantastic film with 5 star PQ and AQ, and great extras too.

Oh dear, its really tough to pick one, if I was to pick just one then it would be the Planet Earth series, its just stunning. Independence Day, I-Robot, Cars, Ratatouille and a few more I've probably forgot to mention are right up there too.

I'll flat out agree with the editors here - Blade Runner.
Melts my balls every time I watch it. It was the first BD I bought, first I watched, and the other 29 I have now (ignore laziness to update sig) it's still the one I watch once a week.
The opening shots of the Tyrell Corp. Building are simply stunning and not other film could ever compare.
