Not AVC encoded
it is actually VC-1.
Makes me wonder if you really know what you're reviewing. I would of said it was a simple misprint on the web page but you specifically talked about the AVC encoding in your "review".

I've watched this Blu-ray. The PQ and AQ are both very good and my wife really enjoyed the movie - me not so much!
