I think they figured they had no choice after the flip-flopping and resulting frustrations they caused to ALL early adopters.

Coverart for TWBB is ugly. Extra features for it are also slim. Why is it that the best movie gets shittiest treatment? I hope that AQ and PQ are great...

I JUST bought TWBB, the 2 disc edition. I love the movie, but until I can get it at a decent price or through trade, I'll be sticking with my SD DVD. If I had known it was coming to blu ray a few days ago, I would have held off.

Yes, the extras are fairly weak. I have a hard time accepting that blu ray discs have all this potential and they are not always given the 5 star treatment. To me, blu is a premium product. It should get the works, even if they hold back on content to SD DVD buyers. Freddy

Now, let's hope Paramount doesn't cheap out on us and give us some damn cover art on the discs. Every Paramount movie I have has the shitting silver disc art.

I'll be boycotting the buying new of all Paramount titles that were announced for HD DVD and then unceramoniously canceled.

I encourage anyone who has felt screwed by Paramount in the past (i.e. everyone) to only rent or buy these titles used.

Thank you.

You know what? I'm going add Bee Movie to my list. I just rented it on SD DVD and it was really funny.

So now I have to get Black Snake Moan, Bee Movie, There Will Be Blood and Cloverfield.

DD+ on Blu-ray discs! I hope they utilize higher bit rates than 1.5mbps.

And holy crap! There's a Madagascar 2 trailer on the Bee Movie disc! And it seems as though they've changed the name of Madagascar 2 from "The Great Crate Escape" to "Escape 2 Africa".
