5/20 is going to be hurt my wallet day. Now I am glad that I sold off all my HD DVD collection since the movies I had are coming to Blu.

Cloverfield
National Treasure 1
National Treasure 2
There Will Be Blood
V For Vendetta
Face/Off

Then 5/27 is bad too:

Rambo 2
Rambo 3
Rambo

I still don't know why Paramount left off 'Beowulf' or 'Sweeney Todd' - simply unexcuseable.

Well, Cloverfield and Blood are 6/3, so it won't be that bad.

True but DTS-MA has the core 1.5mbs DTS with it. Dolby TrueHD isn't done that way. You need a separate track and with BD it would only be DD not DD+.

But I'll definitely take the TrueHD track over a PCM track. The bitstreamed audio sounds better on my system(after matching the volume levels)

Fair enough, I understand that reasoning behind preferring DTS-MA. My BD-UP5000 currently spits out 2.0 sound when TrueHD is selected (which is absolutely unacceptable with all the TrueHD only Blu-ray discs out there), so I definitely know where you're coming from.

One can see based on their pricing that the likes of Bee Movie, Cloverfield and TWBB will not be priced as catalogs (as someone in this thread was hoping).
