'Motley Crue: Carnival of Souls/Ozzfest: 10th Anniversary' -- pre-release buzz
Warner Music Group (WEA) has announced two new Blu-ray music titles:

http://bluray.highdefdigest.com/ozzf...niversary.html
No tech specs or extra details yet, but hopefully they will mirror the standard DVDs, which had some bonus tracks and other goodies.
Retail is $29.99 apiece.
Street date is April 26 for Motley Crue, and May 6 for Ozzfest. -

I've already got the Motley show on DVD, and saw it in HD on HDNet. But I will buy this on BR because I'm retarded.

what other bands will be featured?
I wonder if it will only feature bands from the recent ozzfest or will it actually have good bands on it. I think it was two years ago there were a lot of great underground death metal and metal-core bands. Between the Buried And Me would be worth the purchase alone, not to mention The Red Chord, All That Remains, even A7X would be cool. That was the best Ozzfest ever, in my opinion.

KISS
the most visual band in rock.
oh yeah, and i willl buy the ozzfest for sure...motley??
only if it was a different tour...not that the carnival of sins wasnt a good and visual one, but all the "new" versions of songs all downtuned relly bummed me...new versions of songs are one thing, but the complete reworking, especially in a live setting is not my thing.Last edited by sagafoo.com; 03-22-2008 at 01:53 AM. The last Crue show I saw was Motley Crue vs. the World. That was a hell of a show. I never got to Carnival of Souls, but am interested in checking it out for sure.
I don't really listen to them anymore, but their shows are freakin' sweet!Did the primary buffer panel just fall off my gorram ship for no apparent reason?! -
