Default 'Untraceable' -- pre-release buzz

Sony has announced the Diane Lane thriller for Blu:

Tech specs are not yet in, but extras include audio commentary and four making-of featurettes.

The disc is due May 13, with an MSRP of $38.95.

May have to check this one out. Trailer looked good. We will see how the reviews are first....maybe.

trailer looked decent...but the DVDTalk review said it drags.

i'll put this on the "don't buy first week, but look for when under $20" pile along with Sleuth. i like serial killer movies when they're done right, so this sounds pretty interesting. so long as it's not "silence of the lambs" meets uwe boll

This actually was a pretty decent thriller. MUUUUUUCH better than the saw films. It doesn't try as hard imo, and therefore works better. It's nothing amazing but it's definitely fun. There's one moment though in the film where i was like "AWW COME ON...YOU ARE NOT THAT STUPID...ok n/m guess you are"

38.95? They must be joking. Some movies I'd pay that price for...this isn't one of them.

Every studio pretty much has a standard MSRP for new releases and for catalog titles. They aren't subjective based upon the quality of the film... and that won't really be the selling price anyway, it'll be around $26.99.
