    Default Why not the first 2 seasons of LOST on Blu-ray?

    I was looking at the LOST season 3 set, does anyone know why on earth the first two seasons were skipped?? Anyone know when they are coming out?

    Day and dates sell better than catalog releases, I wish they put out Desperate Housewives season 3 on Blu-ray too. I am dieing to get Eva Longoria in 1080p. Yumm..

    Yeah, I think I could go without seeing any of those "ladies" in 1080P. I wouldn't be surprised if when half of them open their legs it doesn't sound like a rusty screen door opening. Yikes!

    Actually there was a post here that showed a picture of Lost: Season 2 on Blu-ray. I forget where, but that is cause for celebration, for sure.

    Let's hope the first one gets a Blu-ray release
    HD DVD: 115
    Blu-ray: 41
    DVD: 629
    Proud to be Purple, and not giving up hope on HD DVD.

    I feel like we will get Season 1 and 2 when Season 4 comes out on Blu.

    same reasons we dont see Smallville 1-5 on Bluray/HDDVD.

    They arent ready, and they want to wait for timing to spark more interest in purchases

    smallville s5 is on HD DVD but not blu ray

    It'll happen, but not until more people buy into the format, or they might keep them exclusive to an eventual "complete series" collection. I have S3 on standard DVD but I really want to get it on BD...

    Not sure why I skipped LOST but if they release Season One & Two, I would Blind Buy it.

    It sucks that Studios aren't releasing earlier seasons because I want One & Two of RESCUE ME. Three on BD looks amazing.
