And to the one asking about region coding; the cover does not state either way. It was the same with Image's other BD release, Suburban Girl, and that was region coded. Not sure about this one, since it's an older movie. Guess we'll know when someone tries it. (I only have an US Region A player, so I cannot check if it works with European players, sorry).

As far as I can tell the aspect ratio is correct - it's 1.78:1. I looked at my standard DVD copy and it says "presented in it's original theatrical ratio" and it's the same.

I only watched a few minutes to check out the transfer. The standard DVD I have is so horrible, anything is better. This transfer is better, but I really wonder about the source material. That may be the limitation. It's definitely not a Blade Runner or 2001, so I wouldn't plan on using this for a demo to friends and family to show off Blu-Ray!

I'll give a full review tonight. I'm a little disappointed in the quality, but I'm a big fan of the movie so I can live with it.

Can somebody post pics of the packaging? It's always interesting to me to see how smaller companies put out their releases in comparison to bigger companies like Sony and Disney.
