Sigh.......Another DTS-MA track that my PS3 can't do anything with. If LOTR comes with a DTS-MA track, I will be PO'd at Sony.

This was a blind buy for me. Remember thinking the trailer looked good when it was released in theaters. Never went to see it, however. Bought it last Saturday and this movie had my attention from the very beginning. Action starts almost immediately and no boring story intros. Just BOOM!! Smacks you in the face when you start watching it. Loved this movie.

In your audio review you said that it had a DTS-HD MA 5.1 track.
The track is actually a 7.1 track.

I could be a fanboy and tell you not to worry, its coming its coming, but Im not. The turth is nobody knows when and if its coming at all. I dont like to specualte when it comes to audio, especially DTS-HD Master on the pS3. I do know as PS3 owners we are missing out on some insane audio and its starting to get real old. But after hearing the few Fox BDs I have in HD master audio on my PC, I can honestly say LOTR in HD MA is more then welcome in my home

Gotta be honest. I hated this film. I can see why someone would like it, but it wasn't my cup of tea. It was like Crank - except even more ludicrous. Nice to see the pq/aq scored high though. I'm anxiously awaiting reviews for The Rock and Con Air from HDD to see if they're worth upgrading my SDs for.

I do not get get this kind of reviews. It sucks but you will have fun if you do not have a brain.
Or it sucks but since it is in BD, it is recommended for you to buy it.

It can come, but no one knows if it will. A lot of politics surrounding it. Apparently.
