Totally off subject...Why has this been announced, though, and there has been nothing as far as The Mist is concerned? I was under the impression that it was a MGM film, and that it should be coming to Blu. Well, standard DVD will be in March, but no announcement for Hi Def yet.

So...That's great about Sleuth and all. But what about The Mist??

Oh...And Foo Fighters' Skin & Bones would be great, too.

    Alright....I'm done complaining.

I hadn't even realized this played outside film festivals. It certainly never opened around here. Count me in.

MGM is theatrical distributor. Distributor for home media is Weinstein, who stopped releasing High Definition Media in June 2007.

I got a chance to see this and it is so under-rated. Very good film, I can't believe the boxoffice was so low. On the other hand, I wish Sony would have filled this slot with something from the Columbia library that more of us want instead. Maybe Funny Girl? Oliver? Lawrence of Arabia? Bridge on the River Kwai? The classic film fans don't have much to be excited about yet from any studio except Warner.

Has Sony shelved PCM uncompressed audio. All new titles seem to be TrueHD? Not that I mind. Just an observation.
    Cheers.
