Arrow Harry Potter Replacement Disc Program

If you were one of the unlucky ones to get an HD DVD in your Blu-Ray gift set, you can call the number below to get your replacement. There is no need for you to send your disk back. Unofficial turnaround is estimated at 7-10 business days. I called, and the whole process took no more than 3 minutes.

Cheers!

I too received the beige colored disc in my separate Goblet. When I called the number referenced and told them about my issue, the CSR reacted in a way that led me to believe that they were unaware of the problem. She gave me another number to call: 1-800-233-2221, but it is constantly busy.

I happened to purchase my disc set direct from Warner, and when I called the hotline had just opened up apparently, so I was directed to call the 1-800 I gave above. Warner originally told me that I would be sent a disc which wouldn't match the artwork cover. Later, a replacement artwork would be sent out to match the disc. The new call center may be unaware of the exact details. It is a call center meant to take orders only. I doubt the center will have all the info. If you want the details, I suggest calling Warner direct.

One thing I have found is even though a mistake may happen once in a while, Warners is excellent at resolving complaints. There had been a problem a DVD with the standard DVD silver box set of Superman about a year or so ago and they did exchanges on the disc that were easy.

Thanks. I called that number and requested a replacement. With my luck, I will get another beige disc.

Assuming you get a disc with the photo art initially, if you'd like to arrange a trade just let me know.

I second that. Cheers to Warner for being not only the most productive studio on both formats, but also taking the initiative to resolve their own manufacturing mistakes.

Seriously? If Warner were more caring with their practices we wouldnt have these issues in the first place. We shouldnt have to thank them for fixing their screw ups. They shouldnt have them to begin with. Cheers to Warner for half-assing their manufacturing. Dont even get me started on WHV online orders. I'm still waiting for my Oceans trilogy I pre-ordered in September.

Default Standard Def

Anyone here have any problems with the Standard Def version of this movie? I got the two disc version (three with extra bonus disc) and the quality is just bloody awful.

Can I use the same Warner contact number for the BluRay replacement or do I have to wait until a number of people run into the same problem?
