'Enchanted' - pre-release buzz
Full StoryDisney says it's planning to bring the sleeper smash 'Enchanted' to Blu-ray sometime this Spring.
Although the studio stopped short of issuing an exact street date for the Amy Adams starrer (which is still going strong in theaters), it's promising a day-and-date Blu-ray and DVD release "perfectly timed for Easter," which would seem to indicate an arrival sometime in late March.

Yeah they pretty much "announced" this last year, as for the movie it was decent, but I'm VERY open to cheesy and stupid movies. I will definitely pick it up, I'm Disney's slave now.

Watched this with the gf two weekends ago. It's definitely a cheesy disney flick, but it was enjoyable. The girlfriend really got a kick out of it, and i'm sure those who have kids will love it as well. It's a cool concept.

Big hit at the box office, I suspect it will be an even bigger hit at the home market. On the other hand, as a kids movie, it won't sell huge numbers on Blu-Ray unless the disc is absolutely loaded.
DVDs = 1641 / 948 Reviews
Last DVD Bought = Visioneers / Last DVD Reviewed = Book of Blood
Blu-Ray Discs = 241/ 185 Reviews
Last Blu-Ray Bought = Coraline / Reviewed = The Soloist
HD-DVD Discs = 19 / 14 Reviews
Last HD-DVD Bought = Heroes Season 1 / Last HD-DVD Reviewed = Beowulf

Great movie and it's a must for me for the music score, Alan Menkin finally returns. Should sound even better in uncompressed.

This was a great movie. I will definitely get it. And I would have seen it even if my gf was not excited about it.

My 9 year old girl loved this. Will have to get it. Love the fact that my little girl loves hi def movies...but it is starting to ''taint'' my collection. Had a friend over and we were going to see a movie and he looked at some of my discs and said, with a ''wtf'' tone, ''Happy Feet''??!!??, ''Ratatuille''??, ''Monster House''?? Little embarrising.

I'm not ashamed of my disney blu ray collection. More often then not, they provide the best source material to show off my set up to friends and family.
Besides, my girl and I had fun at this one, I'm sure we'll buy it day and date.

It's nice to see Disney having a sense of humor about themselves. I thought it was funny.

Disney has produced some of the finest blu-rays out there, I am sure this will be a stunner too, especially with the great quality soundtrack I heard in the theater.

Disneyland had a Blu-ray preview of it a while ago, and it sounded great, and the PQ was really bright but not as detailed, but still VERY impressive. It was a scene from the movie, the part where she sings "How does she know" or whatever.

I'm definitely going to pick this up. I ever went to the theater to see it, but the commercials had me cracking up.

I saw this in theaters and loved it. I thought it was hysterical. This will be a title I will be picking up on the street date.
