Default 'Broken Arrow' - High-Def Digest Review

These reviews of Fox's catalogue titles are beginning to sound like a broken record -- the video and audio are consistently quite strong, the extras dismal, and the price for value unreasonably high. As Peter says, at least 'Broken Arrow' boasts Howie Long dying with the girliest scream ever uttered in the history of cinema...

The lack of extra's still brings me back to that article I read where the Sony executive said current HD supporters don't want extra's on their discs. When they tell us they want them, we'll include them.

Nice review though Peter. I haven't seen the film in some odd 7-8 years so I wonder if it still holds up.

I've never been a fan of Broken Arrow, I guess because neither of the main actors really appeals to me.

Contrary to Peter's review, the two character study is classic Woo. It would be hard to find a Woo picture without this framework. I found the plot twists pretty interesting in this one, and I liked the action and suspense alot. It's nice to get a reviewer who has some sense of the genre to do a review. This is classic HK stuff, you guys have a good horror movie reviewer(thank you) why not get someone who actually likes this kind of thing to submit a review?
