'Casanova' - High-Def Digest Review

Disney's release of 'Casanova' last week was the studio's second time trying out the VC-1 codec (after 'Flightplan'), and according to Peter it looks quite good. With the space-friendly codec and a relatively slim batch of extras, however, it's not clear why they've granted this one a BD-50.

I bought this title and throughly enjoy it ever since I first saw it in a theater.

My only problem with the film is why CASANOVA was rated "R." Yes, it is about a lothario, but there are very few sex scenes and none are explicit.

I guess just the subject matter about someone who enjoys sex is enough to rate this film "R."
