This is the first US HD anime announcement. Manga Entertainment, a subsidiary of Anchor Bay, is releasing this title for Bandai Entertainment (US). Manga and Bandai have co-production credits on *all* Ghost in the Shell properties where (I believe, and will be confirming that it is true with this title) Bandai Entertainment does the work and Manga Entertainment distributes.

This release is day and date with the DVD release.

Doby is it a JP release or a JP US release? I'd hate to have to import that sucker, it's usually about $80-100 for those movies.
