Default 'Best of Blu-ray' box sets -- pre-release chatter

Warner has announced two new entries in its 'Best of Blu-ray' box set series:

http://bluray.highdefdigest.com/best...ay_action.html
http://bluray.highdefdigest.com/best...ay_family.html

The Action pack features 'Alexander Revisited,' 'Troy Director's Cut,' 'Wyatt Earp' and 'Blood Diamond.'

The Family pack features 'Scooby-Doo,' 'The Ant Bully,' 'Tim Burton's Corpse Bride' and 'Happy Feet.'

As with the last batch, the discs are all identical to the stand-alone versions, and list price is $84.99 a pop.

If you look under the titles section of the Warner HiDef site, you'll find that they have listings for "Best of HD DVD" for both of those, but with no date or realistic price. I do think the sets will come out on both formats.

My question is, on the action pack, how can some of these titles be the BEST OF, when they haven't even been released yet individually as of announcement date? Both Troy: unrated and Alexander: long-as-fuck-edition aren't out yet. So what makes them best of?

However, at this pricepoint, I'm not complaining at all. Just wondering, is all. they'll end up being high 50's on amazon, plus 10% discount ='s near 12, 13 per title. Very NICE!
