I'm not familiar with Paramount's track record when releasing classics like this. Anyone know if I can expect a nice transfer or remaster?

Their record has been mixed. Sometimes their classics are amazing but once in a while they seem to just throw the BD together with little care. They were one of the last to give up on HD DVD. I've never felt that they have embraced Bluray fully.

I've still never seen this, but been meaning to for years, so I'll probably blind buy it if it gets a good transfer.
