This one pleasantly surprised me in the theater. It definitely feels like a Bourne movie, but that's fine since I loved those.

Yeah, it was a good movie, but nothing I would ever watch again. I mean, there are superior movies out there I haven't ever watched a second time, so there is no reason to do so with this. Still, if you haven't seen it yet, definitely check it out.

I really want to see this. I dislike Ryan Reynolds, but this looks like a good film. Looking forward to seeing it.

Just wish they could've held the camera still just a little bit. 'Shaky House'.

It's most definitely worn out its welcome. The excuse of "it gives the movie energy" has long extinguished, especially since most shaky cam/half-second editing techniques seem to be used to gloss over action scenes that were given minimal amounts of choreography.

Yes, I can't stand the short editing techniques, it really dwindles the action sequences.

I agree with you Boston (and paaron), the shaky cam is getting OOOLLLLLD.

Completely agree with you. Haywire had my ideal type of action scene and I hope more filmmakers go in that direction instead of "shaky cam".

The material is beneath Denzel. It's about on par with Van Wil...Ryan Reynolds. The promos make it look way better than it is. I was disappointed in everything except Washington's performance. Is it even possible to be disappointed in that? Guy's awesome.

That would mean they'd actually have to choreograph intensive fight scenes instead of faking it.

I think we should all band together and create a Film Fans Against Shaky-Cam group to fight this Hollywood sickness. We can have 5k walks that raise money to find a cure for shaky-cam. It'd be HUGE!

I'd rather have the Patrick Stewart "Safe House"
HD-DVD owned: >100 (well, I've still got 'em)
    Blu Ray Owned: >>100
