Actually, it will be presented in Smilebox. Flicker Alley's release of Windjammer, the only film ever shot and released in the Cinemiracle format (a competitor to Cinerama), will also be in Smilebox.

Unfortunately, it seems that both films will NOT have an option to watch them encoded "flat" (in mega-wide 2.89:1 / 2.59:1).

I've been waiting and waiting. Are we not going to get a hi-def digest review of This is Cinerama? It's a milestone picture in cinema history after all.
