We've just reviewed 'Gremlins 2: The New Batch.' As far as sequels go, this is a good one, read our review to find out why.

glad to see it does indeed have all the dvd extras so thats enough for me to upgrade. :P
its cool that they kept the "video" footage from the home video sequence of the film interruption. but it would have been cool to have both versions of the movie through seamless branching or something. granted that sequence is literally the only difference so it might seem pointless but yeah...i woulda like that. -

Can't wait to own this. Loved it as a kid. Agreed with Bouncy that branching would have been cool.

Hoping to get a new cult for Christmas. Already tired of playing with the last one. -

I'm among those that prefer the sequel to the original. Such a fun movie. Will definitely pick this up on bd.

This is in so many ways a different movie than the first. I thought it was quite clever (but also quite stupid at times). The amount of shtick only sometimes was annoying, but most of the time welcome. I love the jabs at pop culture, and it was great that the humor was often self-aware. While I like the first one a lot and find this one enjoyable, I cannot pick one over the other simply because they feel like two different movies. Either way, if you haven't seen both, you should.
Did the primary buffer panel just fall off my gorram ship for no apparent reason?!
