"Harvey" is a great movie. Wonderful to see Universal digging deeper into its catalog, although I hope the transfer isn't riddled with too much EE and DNR (it's Uni so I expect some, but hopefully not a lot). It's a shame there won't be more special features. I suppose we'll have to wait and see.

Wow. Never thought I'd see "Harvey" released on Blu-ray. Agree with your concerns, Super-VHS. If this is the beginning of more announcements during Universal's 100th year anniversary, things are looking up for them.

Landy, it's possible that the release has been delayed to take advantage of the upcomiing Broadway revival of HARVEY starring Big Bang's Jim Parsons. The play is scheduled to open on June 14th for a limited run. That's right after the Tony Awards are presented and you can bet there'll be publicity for the revival on the Tony show. It would seem to be a wise decision to postpone the release the blu-ray of the Jimmy Stewart-starrer to take advantage of that publicity.

Amazon's UK site shows "Harvey" blu-ray release date as June 11 and that hasn't changed.
