what I want is the blu-ray version of "Michael Jackson's Vision" music videos that was just released as DVD only. Even if the blu-ray is in standard definition, AVC compression and lossless audio will make the AQ and PQ better than the DVD version.

I agree! I can't understand why a major studio like Sony would only release a DVD in 2010? Isn't it a given to release a concurrent Blu-ray also?
