Hope there's some chance we'll see The Creature Wasn't Nice (also known as Naked Space) announced somewhere as well. While not exactly the same production value as the others, it is seriously good fun nonetheless (and a Leslie Nielsen classic, not mentioning "Max", the computer, which always cracks me up)

Oh wow...looks like a good day for Comedies at Best Buy! That is probably the best batch of exclusives that Best Buy has gotten yet. All three of those are some of my favorites

no boxes for the Airplane and naked gun movies? i'm surprised. I'd have expected at least a double and triple pack for them. while i never expected a criterion for either franchise i didn't expect enough of an interest to do separate releases.

doubt Naked Gun 2 and 3 get solo releases. they'll either come only in a trilogy, or as a two-pack. or maybe Paramount pulls a Warner and puts a double pack out with 1 and 2, with 2 releases of #1, but none for #3. the whole Dirty Harry thing rings to mind. Dead Pool not good enough to be in a double feature, but DH is for a digibook, 2 DH collections, a 10 film box set, and a double feature?

Wow, The Naked Gun, my favourite comedy ... released on my birthday. If I were an American, I'd know what to get.

The second one is just as good, the third one is lacking -- but does feature the terrific opening. "Dyslexia for cure found"; "Hey! It's the president! And the pope!". Truly genius.
