Yeah, the language part make me laugh really hard. I wonder how good does the "guttural" language of C.H.U.D. sounds in this spectacular new master .

What are you talking about? I saw this in 84 when it came out. It defined my generation plus Spinal Tap did the score I think.

I'm liking the new layout project-blu ;-) Lol, just kidding, it is kind of time consuming/hardish work, kind of why I stopped updating, but I am looking forward to whatever you do with it.

Le Cercle Rouge was released today. If you haven't seen it, and are at all interested in caper/heist films with stark visuals and long stretches without dialogue, give it a watch. I'm a couple months behind in picking up CC discs (moving, busy at work, etc etc etc -- life!), but I've got a vacation coming up and I *will* be revisiting LCR. Fantastic movie. Can't say too many good things about it.

You can almost read that as: "There's not many good things to say about it." You meant "Can't say enough good things about it.", right?

FINALLY! Some Ray in Blu-ray, it was about time! Also pretty excited for High and Low and Leon Morin, Priest. I was waiting for some Ray but; more Kurosawa and Melvile? I must admit it was a great surprise. Let's hope August bring us some De Sica and Pasolini. Is it too wishful to hope for Salo AND The Bicycle Thieves?
