Has anyone else had problems with their Kwai blu ray. mine has stopped working. Played it last year and it was fine but yesterday it refused to play and the player said it couldnt read the disc. The disc is clean of scratches and finger prints and i havent changed anything about my player.Any ideas or how i can get in touch with Sony about this?
