Hopefully they'll be a bit faster with the releases as the new year begins. Been such a drought. And I'm worried about Warner, too... slowed to a trickle.

I liked Payback a lot, but I don't really know if it is a title that will really wow me visually and audioally (that is not a word). Of course I have not watched a single movie in HD yet so I may get hooked on 1080p very soon...

oh man, Babel was an amazing movie. Not sure if i would wanna see it a few times type movie but it was a great one for sure

I can't wait to see Babel, but it hasn't even been released here yet! Will likely pick up this up onh HD-DVD when it releases on Feb 20th!

The original version of Payback is one of my favourite flicks and i can't wait to see this new cut.

I agree, I love Payback. I heard the new cut cuts out a lot of stuff though...that its a much shorter movie, and it makes Porter a much more gritty and ruthless character.

Ugh i really hope this contains the original or that they will release the theatrical later. The Brian Helgeland original version isn't nearly as good.
