i loved this one when i was a little kid but i haven't watched it since i was 8 or 9. i wana see the older, non-animated one. Wim Wenders loves it.

Good news, my daughter will be really happy once we get a non-VHS version of this.
(Slowly rebuilding my wife's ancient VHS collection title by title.) -

Crossing my fingers that they dont drop the work print from the original DVD release, and that if they do keep it, that it isnt presented like the work print on princess in the frog. I liked being able to watch the work print on its own full size, with out the distraction of the final cut movie running below it.

Well other things have been droped from prior dvd to bluray releases.
take a look at the missing items from the toy story movies,
Snow white had a few items dropped as well, as did dumbo (baseing this on the mexican and U.K. releases)
so yeah it is a valid concern to think that there might be even a tiny chance that it could happen, i will feel much better though once they announce the features.
