Default Dale Earnhardt Jr. To Hawk Blu-ray Discs, PS3

Read this in USA Today (that's a newspaper, by the way; so no link) today. He's a Nascar (that's a racing series in the USA) star, and has signed with Sony to help sell HD products. I'm sure someone else can post a link.

It's interesting to me that when we talk about actors growing in maturity it means they take on more serious roles or star in advocacy movies. In NASCAR you get "as he matures, we have to grow his brand with companies that are authentic to who he is."

Somebody had to say it. Maybe they'll throw in a six pack of Keystone, a stick of Old Spice, and a collectors plate with every Sony BD Player. Call it the "Nascar Edition"!!

He's talking about how Dale Jr. is leaving DEI and moving to Hendrick Motorsports next year. He will be teammates with Jeff Gordon and Jimmy Johnson.

Those are some pretty big names, Earnhardt Jr. and Peyton Manning. It's alright though because HD DVD went and got Tiger Woods and Michael Jordan LOL!!

I don't find humor in people attempting to poke fun at the "Wal-Mart" audience...

I agree. Wal-Mart has exploited them far too long.

MOD NOTE: Ok people... that's enough of the red neck/trailer trash racist jokes. It's starting to spiral into hate speech. NO MORE. You will NOT only receive an infraction, but being that we have a policy against racist comments, you WILL be issued an IMMEDIATE ban.

Racist? I'm white, how is it a racist comment? Discriminatory, maybe, but even that is pushing it.
