I watched the movie last night and really liked it a lot. It's done in rather minimalistic art-house style with 4 main characters giving excellent performances. The cinematography / camera work is great with a lot of emphasis on camera angles etc. Many of the key events in the movie happen off-camera and the main focus is on the human relationships and psychological effects of the events on the main characters. There's practically no music or artificial sound effects, all the sounds seem to consist of natural sounds of the various environments the movie takes place in. A lot of the movie seems to have been shot with natural light as well.
The movie managed to pull me in and keep my interest very high through the whole duration, and it stays in the mind afterwards. It would be nice to see more work from the same director.
The extras are also quite extensive and interesting and they reveal a lot of information about the director and also about his earlier films. I didn't have time to watch all of the extras yet (there are more than 3 hours of them), but I intend to watch them all afterwards. From the extras I did watch already, it seems that the director is a perfectionist who spends a lot of time on each scene, doing a lot of takes and honing the camera angles until he is completely satisfied with the visuals and the performances.
This can be highly recommended for people who like films of e.g. Terence Malick, Abbas Kiarostami, Krzysztof Kieslowski and Kim Ki-Duk.
PQ was rather gritty, but there's a lot of detail in most of the shots and some natural looking grain. Colors are quite muted, and somewhat dark, brownish / greenish. This is likely attributable to the director's intentional color filtering. I didn't notice any artifacts like DNR or EE, but in some scenes some of the image details may be lost due to the strong color filtering, but that can be attributable to the intentional look. Overall the images looked very photographic and nice.
AQ wise the movie didn't give any special workout to the surrounds etc. but the natural sounds were convincing and effective and the dialogue seemed pretty clear though I don't know Turkish language. English subtitles were partly over the video image and partly below it, and they were good. It was easy to follow the movie with the subs.
So overall I think this is a very good movie and a very solid release, and it's nice to have a BD from Turkey in my collection as well as I'm always interested in releases from other countries, especially local movies from those countries. -

I don't know much about Turkish online stores, I got mine with the help from a friend. But with a quick look at Ebay, I could find a Turkish seller who ships worldwide and has 4 of them available, format is stated to be Blu-ray and the pic is for the BD version:
