Default Original Scream blu-ray Australia Nov. 4

Since it's Halloween I thought I'd give this thread a bump. The original Scream comes out on November 4th 2009 in Australia!!

I already ordered mine up!

Any indication if this is the Director's Cut?

Someone on Blu-Ray.com said it was indeed the Director's Cut, but I'm waiting for someone else to confirm it before I order.

Apparently there's some kind of delay from the distributor for this release, so www.ezydvd.com.au hasn't fulfilled orders yet? I'll let everyone know if it's the Director's cut once they get stock and ship them out.

Just curious, what's the running time of the Director's Cut???

Someone over at the blu-ray.com forums gave a very detailed breakdown between his copy of the director's cut and this Blu-ray and concluded there is not a trace of DC footage anywhere in it; it appears to only be the theatrical cut. Could be bogus, but he wrote the lengthiest piece I've seen on the subject yet so it has the air of authenticity about it...

I have the Directors Cut laser disc and a Japanese import DVD and the differences are about 45 to 50 seconds total. All revolving around gore if I am not mistaken. The extra gore makes for a rougher movie which I like.
