Any imports that will NEVER be given a region free or US release?

Yah, basically just like the title says. Are there any great movies that are region B or C that will just flat out never be given a region free or US release?

This sounds like a weird question I know, I kinda wanna try out the region freeness of my new player and I'd rather know that I bought something that I won't ever eventually be able to buy in a region A or free version.
