Default Jackie Brown (French Steelbook)

Coming hot off the heels of the Polish release is the French Release of the QT classic.

Like all TF1 releases, it looks like it'll be region B locked with forced subs. However, it will also most likely mark the first time Jackie Brown will have HD audio. And who can say no to that steelbook case? No one, that's who.

Release date = August 6th, 2009.

Cannot express how much I hate this French forced sub bullshit. Basically keeps me away from all of these cool steelbooks.

I relented a single time to French forced subtitling on DVD because I had to own a set they put out of Martin Scorsese's student films/shorts, which was pretty essential.

Too bad there isn't away around these via a player function somehow.

Or you can go for the Polish region free release without any forced subs. Although it's a barebones release, no extras.

Forced subs suck!!! The French seem to always do this!! I'm sticking to my Poland JACKIE BROWN which is a great film only release. I gotta admit the Steelbook is cool, but forced subs make this title worthless.
