Prices should be up to date on everything. I'll update order requests later today.

I see this The Crow 2-Pack which includes The Crow - Wicked Prayer.

I recognize the Angel/Bones actor in the BD cover, but I don't remember watching The Crow - Wicked Prayer.

If somebody has seen this before, can you recommend it to someone who likes The Crow?

(Disclaimer: You'll not be held responsible if after seeing it myself I don't like it )

Yikes, Wicked Prayer is atrocious. Then again, I really enjoyed Salvation. Go figure.

Are the Jap Transporters still the best version on the market with no future release of any Transporter releases on the horizon?

Man, $76.50 (The Crow 2 pack) is reasonable for 2 import Blu-Rays. I'm going to rent Wicked Prayer and check it out, but considering how unanimously negative the reaction has been, it just can't be any fun to watch. Edward Furlong certainly looks ridiculous (as did the guy in part 3).

I'm down for the Crow by itself anyway!

Alright if you were interested in something I put you down, take a look and LMK if I should remove anything. Got a pretty good number of discs so we could probably go ahead with the order in a few days.

not sure if I've ever seen a proper review, but from what I remember reading long ago the disc is kind of like a slideshow of different images from the various movies.
I think there is text, but I think it may all be in Japanese.
I'm not sure if there is even any video at all.
I've always wanted this title as far as having a super-rare collectible bd.
I'm actually kind of amazed it is still even available at this point.

It's actually a full documentary about various Disney movies spoken entirely in English. I watched about 20 mins a year ago and it was pretty informative.... I just never got around to finishing it. Maybe I'll do that tomorrow

Not from what I saw but I didn't even come close to checking out the whole disc. The first part was about Sleeping Beauty and the on screen footage ranged from parts of the actual movie to interview footage to people going over the storyboards etc... Pretty standard documentary style with constant voice over / narration.

I'll make sure I get to it tomorrow and report back about the rest of the disc. Like I said I can only talk about 20 mins or so.

The Art of Disney is a documentary that is about an hour long. It starts with the discovery of a Disney collection that was uncovered at a Japanese college which initiated the "Art of Disney" gallery. The doc then goes back to Seamboat Willie and talks about a bunch of different features and shorts. The last 30 minutes or so goes deeper into Disney discussing the different processes used, how Walt was the first to use storyboards, and talks about the 9 key animators and goes over each in brief detail.

Like I said, interesting and entertaining if you like that sort of thing. There is motion throughout but a lot of the on screen footage is concept art, cell art, etc. You do see actual people and they do talk to the camera. There also clips of certain films used to demonstrate a point that the narrator is trying to get across. Default audio is Japanese but track two is English. Most on screen text is in both Japanese and English but some is Japanese only.

sounds very interesting, but $61 is too steep for me right now.
(I'd rather trade something for your copy)
so I'll just stick with "live and die in la"
