District B13 Ultimatum (UK Import)
Wow, did not know this was coming out so soon!
The first one was pretty badass, and the sequel is up for preorder at Amazon.uk:  http://www.amazon.co.uk/District-13-...d=DHR195T8LSKY There's also a combo pack for about a pound more that includes the first movie. I think this is the "Ultimate" edition of District B-13. The sequel is called District B-14.

That site is almost never wrong (based on my apparently limited experience) and that distributor doesn't release titles in the UK (I don't know why has the rights).

I edited my post to reflect the fact that my statement was based on personal experience. I I don't frequent the site everyday and I don't cross check every French BD on DVDFR.
I personally prefer the site over Amazon.fr and find it much more useful and accurate.
