The fact is that "Finding Nemo" has been advertised as 'coming soon to Blu-ray' since the format launch in 2006. And every year since that we get an announcement or a notice from Disney that it's not coming out yet, it's coming next year. 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, etc.

Last year, Amazon.co.uk had the release date set for 8th September 2008, then August came and they changed the year to 2009. It's only about 40 days until September 8th and there has been no announcement or even a confirmation that it is coming out. And there won't be any US release either this year.

I don't believe it until there is a full announcement with release date, specs, special features, etc. Or the movie itself is released.

Your logic saddens me.

Disney will release Finding Nemo when they think it is financially in their best interest. Not when the consumer wants them to. We just have to be patient. Hopefully, it will be sometime next year and it will make Disney tons of money once again. The consumer will be happy with the high quality PQ and AQ and estatic when it is finally released!

That BangCD.com site has pretty good prices for UK releases, especially with free international shipping. But one thing I noticed is that their exchange rates are screwy, and very much in their favor. Monsters Inc. is £13.99 when priced in pounds. When I went to checkout with PayPal, PP converted it to US$23.49. If you click the US flag on the BangCD site to price things out in US$, they price it at US$27.90. Stick with the Union Jack and the prices in British Pounds.

Is BangCD.com reliable?

So the UK version includes a slip cover?

The picture looks the same as the one on Amazon UK. The price is the same - 13.99 British Pounds, but Amazon UK's shipping is £3.00 for the 1st title and £.99 for each additional title, BangCD is free shipping.

I'm not recommending BangCD as I've never used them. I Googled :BangCD Reviews" and came up with quite a few hits. They seem to have been in business since at least 2006. The consensus seems to be good prices, slow delivery. But I see now BangCD is located in Singapore and most of the "slow delivery" comments are from users in the UK. It will take a lot longer to get something from Singapore than from within the UK.

I'm going to give them a try next time I order a UK release, but I already have the Japanese Monster's Inc.

Good deal from either site, but wow has the dollar dropped the past few days?

I remember 12 pounds was like $17 something last week.
